These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the recruitment portal ("Portal") to upload documents for a Certificate of Sponsorship ("CoS") for international travel.

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using the Portal, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided within the Portal. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ANL Healthcare + Social-care (“Company").
2. Portal Usage
2.1 The Portal is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the upload and submission of documents required for a CoS application. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents uploaded.
2.2 You must not use the Portal for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities. You shall not upload any content that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Document Upload and Security
3.1 You agree to upload only the documents required for the CoS application process. ANL Healthcare reserves the right to reject any documents that do not comply with the specified requirements.
3.2 You understand that while ANL Healthcare will take reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the uploaded documents, ANL Healthcare cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and agree that you use the Portal at your own risk.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the documents you upload. By using the Portal, you grant ANL Healthcare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the uploaded documents solely for the purpose of processing your CoS application.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 ANL Healthcare will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in ANL Healthcare’s Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal.
7. Indemnification
7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold ANL Healthcare harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of or related to your use of the Portal, including but not limited to any violation of these terms.
8. Modifications to the Agreement
8.1 ANL Healthcare reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
